<p>REQUIREMENTS</p>
<p>Qualified candidates will possess a four year degree and accreditation from either RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), or CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building). In addition, qualified candidates will possess at least 15 years of industry experience, with a preference for international EPC or Oil and Gas experience. <p>Description:<br />
Position:  Senior Toolpusher </p>
<p>Responsibility &#038; Authority </p>
<p>Plan and monitor the progress of the drilling operation and control all associated work in a safe and efficient manner as defined in the drilling programme<br />
Keep the OIM informed in all matters of significance within the drilling department<br />
Review all programs and forward planning schedules, with particular reference to preparation, safety and efficiency of operations.  Attend all pre well DWOP&#8217;s.<br />
Liaise with clients and all 3rd parties to maximize efficiency on dual activity with off-line make up facilities. Note: This will be affected by the Well Program.<br />
Prepare 24hr Look Ahead for each day of operation.  Harmonize any variance between client and company drilling procedures to avoid any confusion in Well Forward Planning Program.<br />
Ensure necessary RSWP in place for each section of the Well Program.<br />
Prepare and submit to Drillers a documentation package for each section of the well Include relevant section of the drilling program, DS components required, any challenges associated with drilling that section, relevant RSWP, mud requirements,  and any due PM/Equipment inspections.<br />
Complete well analysis spreadsheet daily, and accurately record the operations and time breakdowns over the course of the well.<br />
Operator&#8217;s representative are to be kept informed about any changes or matters of importance for a safe and efficient operation.<br />

New-builds currently in production will be equipped with Shaffer 18 3/4&#8243; Extended Triple NXT BOP, 15,000psi, H2S service, guideline-less re-entry system.</p>

<p>To operate and maintain all subsea related equipment, including riser tensioner’s</p>
<p>Carry out regular BOP tests and drilling in accordance with company policy and safety procedures</p>

<p>To understand, implement and promote all relevant work and safety procedures issued by Ocean Rig and the Operator</p>
