The Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the Process department on both short and long term capital projects; determining all aspects of the process scope; selection, hiring, and development of new personnel; participating in the approval of detail design requirements; and working with a team executing proposals for future work. The Process Engineering Manager will also work with internal customers, to develop and implement an efficient plan to execute budgeted projects; establish work group goals regarding both technical and financial objectives; provide leadership and technical direction for assigned projects; and communicate frequently with operations and management concerning the status of existing projects.

The position will be part of an integrated team of geoscientists and engineers. The individual will be responsible for key reservoir and economic evaluations, preparing WBS (AFE) packages and booking reserves. The individual will plan for budget funds and forecast production. Technical leadership will be applied to acquire necessary data to understand the reservoir, optimize, recoveries and maximize value. Responsibilities will also include the development and technical analyses of field reservoir management plans, reservoir simulation, reserve estimation and project implementation.

Lead Naval Architect. Candidates for the Lead Naval Architect role will be responsible for steel renewal calculations, stability calculations, FE Analysis, vessel arrangement and compartmentation and working with designers to produce vessel drawings for FPSO, TLP and semisubmersible conversions.
Candidates should also have knowledge of international codes such as ABS and DNV criteria as they apply to steel renewal, strength of vessels, intact and damage stability and vessel layouts. Experience doing hull steel renewals for FPSO’s or conversion of tankers to FPSO’s. Experience running intact and damage stability analyses for either FPSO’s, semisubmersibles or TLP’s.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture, Ocean, Civil, or Structural) with preference given to candidates having an advanced degree. In addition, candidates should have 10 to 15 years of offshore (upstream) oil & gas industry experience and 3 years of lead experience. Position requires strong knowledge of classification society (ABS, DNV, etc.), statutory, and industry standard compliance.
